Wellbeing Workshops in Athlone, TUS, 2026

Recovery Education Returns to TUS With Courses on Mental Health And Wellbeing.

REGARI Recovery College will be back in TUS this spring, in collaboration with our colleagues in Midlands Louth Meath Recovery Education Service.

Recovery Education Colleges and Services are community based initiatives that aim to understand and promote positive mental health through education, collaboration, and conversation. A defining feature of Recovery Education is the approach taken when developing and delivering modules. Each module is co-produced and co-delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, family members, carers, people working in mental health, and anyone from the community who has an interest in mental health.

Do you want to learn about new ways of approaching, and dealing with, anxiety? The first Workshop will Talk Anxiety in an accessible and inclusive space.

All voices Welcome! 18+

Courses are open to all - those who use services, staff, carers and members of the general public with an interest in Mental Health.

We are delighted to be delivering our Wellbeing Workshops in TUS again this year. The first workshop details are:
