Recovery Education Returns to TUS With Courses on Mental Health And Wellbeing.
REGARI Recovery College will be back in TUS (Formerly AIT) this spring, in collaboration with our colleagues in Midlands Louth Meath Recovery Education Service,
Recovery Education Colleges and Services are community based initiatives that aim to understand and promote positive mental health through education, collaboration, and conversation. A defining feature of REGARI & Midlands Louth Meath is the approach taken when developing and delivering modules. Each module is co-produced and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, family members, carers, people working in mental health, and anyone from the community who has an interest in mental health.
Do you want to support your own sense of wellbeing? The first Workshop will look at Identity and Wellbeing by actively experiencing the co-creation of activities and learning together. All voices Welcome! 18+Courses are open to all - those who use services, staff, carers and members of the general public with an interest in Mental Health.
We are delighted to be delivering our Wellbeing Workshops in Tus again this year. The first workshop details are:
