Recovery Education Colleges and Services are community based initiatives that aim to understand and promote positive mental health through education, collaboration, and conversation. A defining feature of Recovery Education is the approach taken when developing and delivering modules. Each module is co-produced and co-delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, family members, carers, people working in mental health, and anyone from the community who has an interest in mental health.
Do you want to learn about new ways of approaching, and dealing with, anxiety? The first Workshop will Talk Anxiety in an accessible and inclusive space.
Courses are open to all - those who use services, staff, carers and members of the general public with an interest in Mental Health.

The Why
REGARI Recovery College, Midland Louth Meath (MLM) Recovery Education Service, and the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) are collaborating to harness the power and opportunity of co-production to develop recovery-oriented mental health workshops that are being rolled out, in TUS from February 2024.
The Who
To meet this objective, dynamic, creative, stakeholder representatives co-produced rich and diverse content for the workshops. People who use mental health services, service providers, family members, supporters, and anyone who has an interest in mental health, all had a chance to use their voice in these co-productions.
Please see poster above for further information on dates, location, and contact details.
