REGARI Recovery College Returns To Ballinasloe with a Two-Afternoon Introduction to Facilitation Workshop

Do You Want to learn how to manage your emotions? How to improve your interpersonal skills? Perhaps practice speaking in public? And have some fun!? Then our Introduction to Facilitation Workshop might be just the thing for you!

We will be running a gentle accessible workshop where you will be introduced to volunteer facilitation skills with the opportunity to practice these skills in a safe and inclusive environment. Day 1; We will learn about Facilitation and the skills that we need to practice facilitating. Day 2; We will practice our facilitation skills in a fun and relaxing setting.These skills are useful in regulating emotions and building confidence in a variety of settings. There is no need to have any previous experience.

Who can attend?

Open to anyone with an interest in Mental Health and Well-being (age 18+). All voices welcome.
