REGARI Recovery College Returns With new modules on Mental Health And Wellbeing.

REGARI Recovery College will be back in TUS (Formerly AIT) this spring with our supportive Wellbeing and Recovery Workshops

Recovery Education Colleges and services are community based initiatives that aims to understand and promote mental health through education, collaboration, and conversation. A defining feature of REGARI is the approach taken when developing and delivering modules. Each module is co-produced and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, family members, carers, people working in mental health, and those who have an interest in mental health.

Courses are open to all - those who use services, staff, carers and members of the general public with an interest in Mental Health.

There is a registration fee of just €5 and then all courses are free to attend. Registration for the courses is essential and anyone who would like to register or find out more information can come along to our registration day or are welcome to contact Amanda Hunt on 086 130 4869 or by mail to This email address is being protected from spambots.
